Get collection checksum #
GET /v1/checksum
Returns a CRC32-based checksum for a collection that changes whenever documents are added, updated, or deleted. Useful for cache invalidation - clients can poll this lightweight endpoint to detect changes without downloading all documents.
Authorization: BearerAuth or APIKeyAuth or none
